Methods to ensure safety:

  • Food Handler’s safety training completed

  • Person In Charge food safety training completed

  • Food is prepped in a commercial kitchen in Clarksburg, WV, approved by the Harrison-Clarksburg (WV) Health Department

  • Proper hand washing methods always followed

  • Food will be labeled with date to be used by

  • Food will always be stored at correct, safe temperature

  • Various cutting boards and knives will be used to avoid cross-contamination

  • Food-safe gloves used and hair pulled back

  • Unfortunately, I cannot currently accommodate any special dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free or other allergies. My first priority is safety and I don’t currently have this expertise.
